This achievement is a testament to the continued dedication, strategic vision, and growth of Zong’s digital initiatives over the years.
Alternate Channels are secondary & tertiary recharge platforms like Banking apps, FinTech apps and websites etc. Team Zong celebrated this milestone at Zong HQ, inaugurated by Mr. Wasi Ansari, Director Sales & Distribution. Zong’s C level Leadership, Directors, and HOD were presented insights on the journey of the Alternate Channel transformation, which was launched in the year 2017.
During his address, Mr. Ansari highlighted the vision of Zong 4G to become a leader in digital innovation. “Over the past seven years, the Alternate Channel has grown exponentially, now holding a 40% volume share in total recharge volume and delivering a YTD growth of 29.81% this year. The 7 billion volume achievement is a proud moment for the company, reflecting its strong commitment to innovation, partner engagement, and expansion in the digital landscape.” He reported.
