LAHORE — Najam Sethi, the head of the management committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), on Sunday announced that Pakistan and Afghanistan cricket teams would play a three-match T20 series.
By the end of March, Sharjah will host all of the series’ games.
Australia was slated to play a three-match one-day series in the United Arab Emirates before travelling to Afghanistan in March of this year (UAE). Australia, however, declined to travel to Afghanistan due to the Taliban administration’s treatment of women.
