MOIB Appreciates Cutting-Edge Solution by ZTE, Redefines the Digital TV Experience

Islamabad, June 04 2025 – The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB) expressed its appreciation for ZTE’s innovative solution, DTMB-A STB Box, which redefines the digital TV experience. The event, “Experience the Future of Digital TV with DTMB-A STB Box,” was held at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) and witnessed the convergence of innovation and excellence in digital broadcasting.

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmad Khalil, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, presented a shield to Mr. Li Guowen, CEO of ZTE Pakistan, praising the efforts of ZTE Pakistan and PTV in making this event a success. The event was attended by high officials from the Chinese Embassy, CPEC Authority, PTV, and ZTE.

Speeches delivered by dignitaries and diplomats during the event highlighted the significance of this collaboration. Shields were also presented by ZTE to MOIB and PTV officials as a token of appreciation.

The event featured captivating Chinese and Pakistani dance performances, adding a cultural dimension to the occasion. The evening concluded with a soulful singing performance by renowned artist Mulazim Hussain.

This initiative by ZTE, a gift from the Government of China to the Government of Pakistan, further strengthened the Pak-China friendship and showcased the country’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology.
