High stress level

Too much stress and worry can affect the duration and quality of your sleep, which can negatively impact your physical and mental health. Stress can cause the autonomic nervous system to release hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol. These increase the heart rate to circulate blood more efficiently to vital organs and muscles, preparing the body for immediate action in a sort of fight-or-flight response. It’s great if you’re threatened by predators in your home, but it can be overkill for your normal sleep routine.

Chronic depression

One common way to tell if someone is depressed is insomnia, or the inability to sleep. On the other hand, another sign of depression is sleeping too much. Lack of sleep due to another medical condition, such as B. narcolepsy, can deepen depression. If you can’t sleep properly for a long period of time, it’s often a clear sign that you need to seek treatment for depression.

Constant revision

It is generally accepted that people are working more and sleeping less these days. Not only does the number of hours people work and burning candles at both ends affect how long they sleep, but work stress can also keep people awake. This means that if you try to pay attention to the Zoom meeting the next day, you’ll have a hard time taking your eyes off of it.

Hard exercise

Sport has been proven to keep you fit and help you fall asleep. However, intense exercise can increase your heart rate, body temperature, and adrenaline levels, which can lead to poor sleep and drowsiness the next day. Yes, and it can make it harder to exercise again. It’s imperative that your workouts are designed around your needs, and excessive workouts should never take precedence over a healthy sleep routine.

Avoid drinking water

It is now an accepted fact that inadequate water or fluid intake is one of the leading causes of fatigue, lethargy and exhaustion.Dehydration leads to low blood pressure, decreased mood and energy levels. . But drinking enough water can help you feel alert and energized.

Sleep more than necessary

Too little sleep will not only make you tired, but it will also make you sleep too much. It seems that significant deviations from your normal sleep pattern can disrupt your body’s rhythms and increase daytime sleepiness. and protect it.

Mostly sitting

Many people in modern society are not active enough, leading sedentary lifestyles, working at desks and spending a lot of time in front of screens. After that, sleep becomes more difficult at night, fatigue increases during the day, and sedentary behavior increases. Maintaining an adequate level of activity can help you stay mentally and physically healthy, and can ensure you sleep better. TW
