A decade after paying for their plots, owners in CBR Town Phase 2 are still waiting for possession, with society officials citing “land not available” as the reason for the delay. Despite numerous meetings and promises, the plot owners are growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress.
By Pakistan Correspondent: The affected individuals have invested their life savings in CBR Town Phase 2, trusting the management to deliver on their promises. However, the society’s failure to provide possession of the plots has left many in a state of uncertainty and financial distress.
“We paid for our plots over 10 years ago, and still, we have not received possession,” said one of the plot owners. “The society officials keep passing the buck, and we are left with no choice but to protest and seek intervention from the authorities.”
The plot owners are appealing to the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and the Government of Pakistan to take notice of this matter and help them secure possession of their plots. They demand transparency and accountability from the society’s management and urge the authorities to take action against those responsible for the delays.
The plot owners request that the RDA and the government investigate this matter, ensure the society’s compliance with its obligations, and provide a clear timeline for possession. They hope that their voices will be heard, and they will soon receive possession of their plots.
